Kist Bank allows customers and non-customers to pay bills of Nepal Telecom PSTN, Postpaid and ADSL Service through various channels offered by the bank. Customer can use any of the below channels to make the payment of utility bills. Making payments of utility bills bank does not charge any fee or take commission.

a) Kist Bank Counter:
Customers can visit to the nearest counter of the branch and fill out the voucher for the payment of Postpaid, PSTN or ADSL Service. Customers need to provide necessary details as asked in the voucher for each payment and desired denomination for the payment. The Bank then takes care of the rest part without any charge or commission.

b) E-Banking: Customer can pay above utility bills using Kist e-Banking service if the customer has access to e-Banking facility. This facility offers handy method of doing banking transactions without staying in a queue of the Bank counter.

c) Mobile Wallet:  Kist Mobile wallet also offers kist customers to pay utility bills just by sending a plain text sms to 7777. In order to use Mobile wallet for making payment customers must have accessed to Kist Mobile Wallet Service. Kist mobile wallet is available for syntax based as well as application based service.
