  6. NRB Foreign Exchange Permit for FCY accounts
  7. Copy of valid identification document of Proprietor/Partners and Authorized Signatories with recent photograph
  8. Power of Attorney for account operation in case of Partnership Account, if applicable.
  9. Completed account opening form  
  10. KYC Procedures to be completed at the Bank.
Private and Public Limited Companies
 
  1. Application Letter
  2. Copy of Registration Certificate or Certification of Incorporation
  3. Copy of Tax Registration Certification or PAN as applicable
  4. Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
  5. Copy / Certified Extract of Board Resolution
