Ambika Prasad paudel - Shareholder (MD of Hathway Investment Nepal Limited.)		As soon as KIST offered its shares to the public, it was successful in creating a new enthusiasm in the share market. The situation became such that whoever invested in KIST's shares had to consider themselves to be very fortunate indeed and those who delayed in purchasing them could only regret their decision later. KIST's shareholders were successful in benefiting directly from high returns as well from market capitalization. because KIST's shares can be bought and sold anytime, and in whatever quantity, they have acquired a separate kind of importance in the share market. A high return has become almost of my life has changed after investing in KIST shares and I consider my investment to be m more secure investment for the future. I am confident that it will play an important role in ensuring success for my future generations as well.

Since the establishment of the share market in Nepal, I had started to buy shares of every company listed in the stock exchange. As of today, I hold shares of 176 companies. Along with the ups and downs in the share market, more than 40 companies shares have disappeared from teh market and this has resulted in substantial loss of investment i made on those shares. I also bought KIST's shares as soon as it was offered. Due to right shares issued from time to time as well as subsequent increase in share value, the 100 KIST shares that I had bought originally became so valuable that I could make up all previous losses on other shares with this investment alone. I have found KIST's shares to have had a positive effect on the share market as a whole. I believe that KIST ability to maintain the balance between the business and strict regulatory compliance and to have quick and good decisions has allowed the company to progress aggressively and develop into a fast growing organization which has certainly increased attraction of the public towards its shares.
