Kist Bank upgraded to a class 'A' Commercial Bank from class 'C' financial institution in May 7, 2009. The fiscal year 2008/09 has thus been a milestone for our organization which can be epitomized as a great success in the financial sector of Nepal.
We believe that this success has been possible only because of the dedication and perseverance of the entire associates of the Bank. Whilst we are proud of our achievements, this is not the time to rest on our laurels but beyond that we should be more focused in giving only the best to our stakeholders.
Our core values are summarized in our vision statement which is to be the best Bank in terms of operational excellence and superior financial performance. It is through our products and services that we expect to satisfy customer's needs. Our pledge to customers is to deliver customized and innovative products and services that add value and are easily accessible to all.
We understand the value of customers' / shareholders' money. We would like to assure them that their fund shall be utilized in such a way that it would ensure the utmost safety and maximum return.
Despite increase in number of banks and financial institutions, about 30% Nepalese only are said to have been having banking access. Aiming to cater the service in the un-banked area, the Bank is expanding its distribution outlets rapidly. We are confident that our human assets which have a combination of young talents and seasoned bankers, shall be instrumental to live up the expectation of our stakeholders.
