Mr. Kamal Prasad Gnawali [Managing Director]
Mr. Gnawali a professional banker, has more than 14 years of experience in financial sector. Apart from the units under KIST Group, he is associated with number of other organizations like Kathmandu Medical College (Director), Elite Capital Ltd (Director), Citizens Bank International Ltd. (Promoter), and Siddhartha Development Bank Ltd (Promoter). His able leadership was instrumental in getting Kist Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd. upgraded into a class 'A' Commercial Bank.
Mr. Pragun Shrestha [Deputy General Manager]
Mr. Shrestha has been in financial field for several years. He holds an MBA degree from SIBM, Pune with double specialization, in Finance and Marketing. He has been affiliated with KIST since its inception. Mr. Shrestha is a good team player and a good motivator.
Mr. Bal Kumar Pandey [Company Secretary]
Mr. Pandey holds more than 9 years of experience in financial sector. He has been affiliated with KIST since its inception. He was associated with a finance company as a legal officer and was also practicing as a professional lawyer before joining KIST.

Mr. Bal Narsingh Gharti [Assistant General Manager]
Mr. Gharti has experience of about 13 years in Banking. Mr. Gharti, an MBA,  has worked for some of the leading commercial banks including NIC Bank, the bank of the year 2007, where he worked for 10 years before joining KIST Bank. His Latest assignment was as Head of Marketing and Transaction Banking at NIC Bank. Before starting banking career he worked for 9 years in different government, social and private organizations.
Mr. Madhusudan Sharma [Senior Manager]
Mr. Sharma holds chartered accountancy degree from the institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Sharma has more than 5 years experience in various companies including financial institution.
Mr. Rishi Ram Neupane [Head - IT Department]
Mr. Neupane holds significant experience in IT sector. A certified technician from CTEVT, Mr. Neupane holds degree in Advance Networking Technology from NIIT, Windows 2000 Administrator from New Horizon Institute and SQL Server 2000 from APTECH.
Mr. Neupane has playing a vital role in having state of art technology in KIST Bank.
Mr. Ranjan Pandey [Head - Internal Audit Department]

Mr. Pandey is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He is also a member of  the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. He is associated with Kist Bank since May 2008. Previously he was associated with BRS Neupane & Co, an Independent Correspondent Firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and CSC & Co, an Associate Firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers from where was assigned the responsibility of audit of various banks and financial institutions, NGOs, INGOs and manufacturing units.
Mr. Sanjay Ballav Pant [Head - Compliance]

Before joining Kist Bank, Mr. Pant worked at NRB in Supervision Department for over five years. He has an extensive knowledge in on-site inspection and off-site supervision. Mr. Pant started his career with an audit firm in New Delhi before moving to a finance company in Kathmandu. He has been associated with Kist Bank since May 2009.

Mr. Pant is an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands, and is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
Mr. Ishwar K Karki [Chief HR and Administrative Officer]
Ishwar K Karki, an MBA in Human Resources Management and Bachelor in Law, has more than 19 years experience in Human Resource Management in various organizations such as; Hotels, Multi-National Companies and banks. He has 11 years of experience in banking and has worked in some of the leading commercial banks of Nepal such as; Nepal Indosuez Bank, Nabil Bank and Himalayan Bank as Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining KIST Bank he was working in Himalayan Bank Ltd., a joint venture with Habib Bank of  Pakistan, as Executie HR officer. Besides the above, he has provided short-term consulting services on Human Resource Management to the various organization including projects funded by the Asian Development Bank.
