Mr. Gyan Bahadur G.C., Graduated in Commerce in first division from the University of Mumbai in 1997, passed Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India in 2001. He has a very vast experience in the diverse section of the business including insurance, banking and capital market. He has worked from April 1995 to July 1997 with S. Ramdas, Mumbai (leading Stock & Share Broker – Member of Bombay Stock Exchange), then actively engaged in auditing of various stock-broking firms in India. He was actively involved on due diligence audit of various businesses undertaking in India. He has worked in Foreign Exchange Management Department of the Nepal Rastra Bank (the Central Bank of Nepal) for more than five years and was responsible for the management of the foreign exchange reserve of Nepal. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Elite Capital Ltd.
Dr. Dandapani Paudel [Professional Director]
B.A. and M.A. (Merit) degrees in Economics from Tribhuwan University, Nepal and Ph.D (Economics: Portfolio Behaviors of Nepalese Commercial Banks) from Bihar University, India under Colombo Plan Scholarship, Dr. Paudel served at the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the Central Bank of Nepal, at various departments at various capacities. He served about ten years in the capacity of Economic Advisor for NRB. He participated in numerous trainings/seminars/workshops conducted in Nepal, India and several countries abroad. He has been providing freelance consultancy services as macroeconomic specialist in various World Bank and Asian Development Bank funded projects. He also served at the South East Asian Central Bank (SEACEN) Research and Training Centre, Kualalampur, Malaysia, for the duration of 1992-95 as Senior Economist/Assistant Director for Research. Dr. Paudel was also the member of the Board of Directors in Nepal Stock Exchange (2001-05) and Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) (June, 2006-May, 2009) as well as the Member of Directors, Credit Committee of the RBB for the referred period. He had been working in the capacity of Director before retiring from Nepal Rastra Bank.

Dr. Paudel, in his name has more than seventy economic research oriented extensively rigorous analytical articles on different sectors of the Nepalese Economy and SAARC region.
